Course Overview


Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is more than just a tool, it is there to build customer relationships and experience that will result in increased company revenue. During our CRM & Customer Engagement workshop you will gain the tools and tips for the development of an insightful CRM strategy.

With over 19 years’ agency experience, Mike is a marketing comms and CRM professional. He is founding partner and CEO of the direct marketing agency Soul, previously he was the managing director of the award winning agency Elvis. He is also a Fellow of the IDM and sits on the DMA's Agencies Council.
