New role: Dealer Account Manager


At Airsys, we are looking for a passionate dealer account manager to maintain and develop existing relationships while creating and building new partnerships in the channel at our office, based in central Southampton.

Working with major manufacturers such as Motorola Solutions, JVC Kenwood and 3M, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Two years of sales (account management) experience in a similar position (preferably in the Two Way radio industry – but not essential)
  • Great people skills
  • Self-motivated and organised personality
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Excel, word, outlook, power point and pivot table experience
  • Current clean driving license

Main duties will include:
  • Providing quotes
  • Answering calls
  • Outbound cold calling
  • Outbound account calls
  • Analysis of customer accounts (product and margin)
  • Developing relationships with existing accounts
  • Finding new dealer accounts
  • Fully product trained across all manufacturers
  • Marketing support to channel partners
  • Analysis of competitors in the market
  • Occasional external visit to customer or manufacturer training
