After careful consideration, Airsys and Kenwood have made the decision to postpone the Kenwood DMR Day on Tuesday 7th April 2020.

Airsys and Kenwood invite you to attend our Kenwood DMR Day

Power point presentation of the NX-1000 and NX-3000 series with an overview of configuration and good practice.

Attendees will be given a number of tasks to achieve including configuring two-way radios and testing the functions.

For those who are already familiar with the two-way radios, extra tasks will be available.

Assistance will be provided to anyone having difficulty with the specific tasks.

Open discussion on the features and functions.

If attending, you will need to bring a laptop for the training on programming and KAS-10/20.

About the day

The morning session will go through the Kenwood low tier DMR offering, showing some of the unique features on the low tier portables such as transmit interrupt, interoperability between manufacturers and the easy to use software (KPG-166) to enable these settings and get the most out of this powerful product.
 
Hands on training with Dean Simper, Technical & Programming Engineer at Airsys and Stephen Edwards, UK Technical Support Engineer at Kenwood using the free KAS-10 voice recording software will be demonstrated to showcase how easily it can be set-up using just a gateway mobile and connectivity cable.
 
KAS-10 Kenwood free dispatcher will also be demonstrated to display its general dispatch features.

The Afternoon session, then moves into the more Mid/High Tier offering from Kenwood the NX-3000 Series, looking at standard features that are built into the radio such as Man-down, Bluetooth and GPS. This multi-protocol product that operates in Nexedge, DMR and Analogue.

Again, hands on training with both Dean and Stephen where you will get the chance to use the KPG-D3E software.

Kenwood's newest product Kairos will also be demonstrated
