    Channel Account Manager

    In 2015 Jack joined the Airsys sales team as a Sales Apprentice and has since progressed to Channel Account Manager and Kenwood Product Champion. Jack works closely with partners and through building strong relationships, industry knowledge and strategic planning, he has continued to help them to grow into some of the largest resellers in the channel.

    Jack’s strengths include:
    • Proven track record of delivering results for his customers
    • Strong sales and commercial understanding
    • Effective strategic thinking & planning
    • Proactive account management that delivers customer growth and new business opportunities
    • Solution finding mindset that can face and manage differing business scenarios

    In Jack’s free time he enjoys socialising with friends and plays cricket once a week for Shirley CC. Jack is also an avid Southampton fan and regularly attends the games at St. Marys.

    National Account Manager

    Jon has been a valid member of the Airsys sales team since 2019. With a focus on National Accounts, Jon builds strong relationships and develops new business opportunities within the 446 Unlicensed range, Licensed Radio and Broadband Push-to-Talk.

    Jon’s strengths include:
    • Identifying customer requirements in order to create tailored solutions
    • Manages the sales process from start to finish
    • Provides excellent service by building and retaining relationships with customers
    • Seeks opportunities to achieve revenue growth for his customers
    • Complete product knowledge and understanding

    Away from work, Jon’s passion is sport, and can be found playing football and cricket at the weekends for Compton and Cadnam respectively, along with running and cycling for fun; although the knees do tend to creak a bit more now.

    Partner Empower Sales Co-Ordinator

    Paul joined the Airsys sales team in 2017 and is the Motorola Solutions Partner Empower Sales Co-Ordinator. He is an experienced professional with excellent knowledge of Sales and Customer Service practices with a successful sales record.

    His role is to support all Motorola Solutions Partner Empower resellers, assisting in their growth across all areas of business.

    Paul’s strengths include:
    • Managing multiple accounts with high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Developing opportunities through product knowledge from an understanding of his customers' needs
    • Understanding of the communications industry, both two-way radio and Broadband Push-to-Talk
    • Utilising Motorola Solutions tools such as Marketing Centre and Motorola Online

    Paul is a fan of all sports but particularly football and golf, and has recently taken up paddle boarding, so can often be found on the water…and sometimes in it!
