Returns policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have ordered incorrectly, you can return goods to us providing item(s) are as new and in original packaging including any enclosed documentation. All Returns after invoice are done so at the sole discretion of Airsys Communications Technology Ltd and will be subject to a 20% handling fee.


    To return an item to Airsys, please complete our returns form and we will issue you with a Returns Material Authorisation Number (RMA).


    Please mark the RMA number on the outer packaging prior to returning to Airsys. We will issue a refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

    Goods can only be returned once approved by Airsys and with a valid RMA number.

    For Returns due to items that are faulty please visit our repairs information at the following locations: For Out of Warranty items, and for goods still covered within warranty


    For Item and/or order cancellation, should you no longer require goods from an order placed but yet to be shipped or invoiced please notify us in writing of your intended cancellation. Your request will be reviewed and if accepted will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.


    Please note cancellation of non stock items may not be possible and will need to be reviewed with manufacturer, should this be accepted it will also carry a fee of 15%.


    Any customers returning goods without prior consent do so entirely at their own risk.
