Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Team Leader Customer Service Manager, Operations Support Manager and lastly People and Faciltiies Manager.

I had expressed and shown interest in moving away from customer services when a couple of vacancies arose.



 

tactical.jpgHow did you go about progressing into your current role- was it easy? 

Hardwork and dedication to the business. Stepping up to a management role was a steep learning curve and was challenging. A previous manager told me how well suited I Was to HR and really encouraged me to follow this pathway.

  • Yes, absolutely, I have been provided with continous support and training where required.

I find my current role challenging enough and feel I have found a good home-life balance for now, having recently returned from maternity leave.
